A little about me
For Carolina, a lifelong fascination with how things fit together started with Legos — and naturally grew into a 15+ year career shaping complex corporate environments across the Greater Toronto Area.
Born and raised in the GTA with proud Brazilian roots, she brings an engaging warmth, human-first approach, and deep curiosity to project management, workplace relocations, and multi-phase renovations.
Carolina has sat at virtually every table in the real estate world — whether as a client advocate, design collaborator, property manager, developer partner, or owner’s representative. That broad perspective, paired with her HR background from Sheridan College and certification as a Prosci Change Management Practitioner, allows her to connect the dots seamlessly between people, design, and business goals.
She truly loves the human side of the job: bringing people together, easing organizational transitions, and keeping every decision aligned with the client’s goals so projects move forward with clarity and confidence.

At the end of the day, Carolina genuinely loves every aspect of the built environment. Whether protecting landlord assets during tenant fit-outs or guiding a team through a major headquarters buildout, she thrives on building great spaces — and even better relationships along the way.
